How long does delivery take?
One to two days in the city, three to five days elsewhere. We call you first to confirm the delivery fee and time.
What if a bottle arrives broken?
Take a photo of the parcel as you open it and call 0123 456 789 the same day. We send a new bottle at no extra cost.
Can I exchange or return an order?
Sealed bottles can be exchanged for another bottle within 7 days. Opened bottles cannot be exchanged.
How should I store an opened bottle?
Close it tightly and keep it somewhere cool and out of the sun. Steeped liquor keeps its fruit aroma for about six months; wine and cider are best within a few days.
What does drinking responsibly mean here?
Pour a small glass, sip slowly and keep water on the table. Don’t drink if you are about to drive. People under 18, anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, and anyone on prescribed medication should not drink.
Will the courier check my age?
They may. The person receiving the order must be 18 or over and may be asked for ID. If they are not, the order is cancelled.
Can you invoice a company for gifts?
Yes. Give us the company name and tax code when you order.
